KVGC LogoKangaroo Valley Golf Club, located at Kangaroo Valley Golf and Country Resort
is nestled amongst picturesque bushland in a peaceful, natural amphitheatre, overlooking the valley and enclosed by a majestic rocky escarpment.

Join club members in a great game of golf and experience the pleasure of country life. There is a mixed competition every Saturday for members and their guests. If there are 6 or more ladies and 6 or more men there are separate competitions and if the numbers allow there is also a mixed competition on Wednesday mornings.

The undulating fairways of our par 71 championship 18-hole golf course offers unexpected challenges. Jack’s Newton's original design has been extended and upgraded. Playing under the watchful gaze of the resident kangaroos, the course sweeps across the hilly valley terrain providing a tough test of golf from the back tees. From the front tees it’s a pleasurable adventure for beginners or a casual game.

"This is a course that will test all aspects of your game from the nice straight par 4's especially the 8th to the deceiving par 5s on the back 9, in short I strongly suggest you stop in for an amazing day of golf."

"This is a really nice course. I always enjoy playing here."

"Very, very pretty golf course with some excellent holes. The course was in good condition mostly and some of the holes are really good. The par 5’s are a bit short though and the greens the day we played were way too fluffy and slow. Well worth a game, I’m certain you’ll enjoy it. We did."

"A good course with a reasonable variety of holes. Played on a Saturday with an 11.30am tee off during July with 6 friends and we virtually had the course to ourselves. Course is set into the side of a mountain so if mobility is an issue for you carts are a must."

"The 8th hole is a highlight, and there are some very well placed hazards on the course. The par 5, 18th is reachable in two on a dry day, but is a long carry on the second (with a downhill lie) over a hazard to a small to medium sized green. A good finishing hole. Bunkers are around, but didn’t come into play much for myself and a mate. Elevation changes are a good test of club selection."

"The 8th hole has spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. You really feel quite small even though you're teeing up from the highest point on the course. The cliffs to your right run high and way out to the left you can see the incredible highlands. This is a great hole!"

"Fantastic all-round golf/weekend getaway. My wife and I have played Kangaroo Valley a number of times now and always look forward to a weekend away down there. The course is always in beautiful condition and is long, generally quite wide and open, and always challenging. A couple of long water carries and picturesque high tees looking over the Kangaroo Valley would be highlights. It's up and down so a cart is a good option. We would recommend making a weekend of it and staying in one of the self contained on course cabins. Great log-fire restaurant on site, as well as the town of Kangaroo Valley. Definitely a 5 star weekend."
